Acclaimed Influencer Agency Pepper Hires Strategic Lead For Next Stage Of Growth

Daniel Collins joins influencer agency Pepper from marketing agency We Are Rocket, where he previously held the role of Strategy Director, overseeing the company’s rebrand, and building it into a youth specialist agency, working with an impressive roster of clients including Disney, LEGO, ITV, and 2K.

Collins’ tenure at We Are Rocket spanned an impressive 6 years, where he held full control of the agency’s management, launched the agency in Europe and the USA.

As Chief Operating Officer at Pepper, Collins will steer responsibility for client services, and will continue development of new service lines for the agency to complement its creator-first offering, including Paid and Organic Social, Creative Production, and Research. Pepper is delivering work across the UK, Europe and the US, and Collins will be an instrumental player in this continued expansion.

“Daniel’s arrival marks a significant milestone for Pepper as we continue to champion influencers as a more authentic and effective way of marketing communication in this social age” said Beckii Flint, co-founder of Pepper. “His understanding of strategy and leadership, coupled with his creative flair, aligns perfectly with our ambition and our ethos.”

Under the leadership of Forbes 30 under 30 co-founders Alice Jones, Beckii Flint, and Joe Friend, fully-remote agency Pepper has soared to remarkable heights since its conception in 2019, earning impressive wins at the Global Influencer Marketing Awards, Performance Marketing Awards, and delivering work for clients including the Financial Times, Tripadvisor, H&M, Disney, and His Majesty’s Government

Daniel's operational acumen will be key in scaling Pepper’s unique blend of data-driven insights and creative campaign delivery. His experience as a mentor for WYK Digital and Queen Mary’s University of London aligns with the agency's commitment to diversity and education within the industry.

"I am thrilled to join an ambitious agency that not only produces outstanding work but also upholds a culture of fairness, trust, and transparency," said Daniel Collins. "I look forward to compounding my knowledge towards Pepper’s mission of amplifying a human approach, driving innovation in our influencer-first campaigns and strategies."

Pepper’s dedication to thought leadership and industry contribution continues to set them apart, with October’s Influencer Marketing Show seeing co-founder Beckii Flint speaking on the Main Stage alongside executives from Snap, Billon Dollar Boy, and Impact.

With Daniel Collins at the operational helm, Pepper is poised for an era of unprecedented growth and influence.
